Probation Services
A client on probation must follow the conditions set fourth by a court or risk strict punishment including home detention, fees, restitution, community service, rehabilitation programs or incarceration.
Probation is the test period an offender faces to determine if behavioral changes can be made while following specific conditions presented by the criminal justice system pertaining to a specific offender and their crimes.
Probation Regulations
Probation may require a client to refrain from possession of firearms, maintain steady employment, submit to drug testing, alcohol monitoring, home detention abide to a curfew, perform community service, live at a directed place, obey the orders of the probation officer, or not leave the jurisdiction.
Probation officers act as a lesion between the criminal judicial system and the social agencies available to help clients get back on the right track. At times, probation officers may be required to report on offenders and make sentencing recommendation to a court of law. It is in the best interest of the client to listen to and abide by the guidance of their probation officer.

Rise Up Probation offers specific probation services to help offenders navigate and fulfill their probation requirements by letter of the law.
Rise Up Probation specializes in supervising individuals that are sentenced to a 2-year probation supervision term and efficiently monitors each individual to determine and report compliance and/or noncompliance of their probation orders set forth by the court. Rise Up Probation is also instrumental in establishing contact with the necessary social/legal programs that may be required to fulfill probation conditions including substance abuse treatment.
Our services include but are not limited to probation services, SCRAM, house detention, GPS, drug testing, community supervision and specialized supervision. Community Supervision
Rise Up Probation has the ability to monitor individuals, which are sentenced by the court to complete community service hours. The individual would be referred to a non-profit worksite where their hours would be logged and documented on an hourly sheet. Once completed, Rise Up Probation will contact the worksite to confirm completion of hours and submit documentation to the appropriate court authority. Specialized Supervision

Terminology
Home Detention: House arrest wherein a client is confined to their home for specific time. Client is scheduled out for work or any other events that may be deemed appropriate by the Court and or probation office.
Restitution: payment that is made to an individual for damages, troubles caused against them.
Community Service: order given to pay back the community by providing your services to a non-profit agency.
Incarceration: ordered to be confined in a jail, prison and/or institution.
Probation: an alternative to jail and/or prison. A Sentence that is ordered by the Court which allows the client to remain in the community while at the same time being supervised by a probation officer.
Alcohol monitoring: any device utilized to detect alcohol intake such as SCRAM.
Jurisdiction: an area that has authority.
Social Agencies: any resources that can benefit the client such but not limited to education, resume/employment preparation and housing.
SCRAM: Secured Controlled Remote Alcohol Monitoring 24/7.
Interstate Compact: If a client is sentenced on probation in the State of Missouri, however rides in a different state and the offense falls under Interstate Compact guidelines, a probation transfer can be completed.
